Judy Northcut
has been in the real
estate business for 30 (thirty) years in South Texas. She is a
member of the Texas Association of Realtors. She has lived in
Cotulla, Texas for 37 ( thirty -seven) years and knows the people
and the area well. She is very knowledgeable about all real estate
in La Salle County and the surrounding counties.
Judy is a member of the First Baptist Church in Cotulla, the La
Salle County Chamber of Commerce, the La Salle County Fair
Association, the La Salle County A&M Club, and is a graduate of the
American College of Real Estate. |

Jay Watson was born in
Cotulla in 1950, and is a native and lifelong resident of La Salle
County, Texas. He attended Texas A&M University-College Station from
1968 to 1972. He has been involved in retail and wholesale
marketing/sales here for over 35 years, most recently as a licensed
real estate agent. Jay is currently in his 6th term as President of
the La Salle County Farm Bureau, and is active in the First Baptist
Church, as well as many other community activities. As a native of
the South Texas Brush Country, Jay can provide answers to customers’
questions by drawing on his personal experiences pertaining to
wildlife, weather, terrain, market values, etc.
